counting blessings


One....

My big hearted, brown eyed boy named Thad

Two....

A curly, dainty little sweetness of a girl named Astair

Three....

Bold, blue eyed, and boisterous--my Boston boy

Four....

A smiling, laughing, absolutely huggable Legend

And....

Now

Five....

mmmmmhhhhmmmm.

I am thankful.

My heart is full.


P.S.  Yes, oh yes.  This means exactly what you think it means!  I'm expecting another blessing!  Which totally explains my absent mindedness lately (although I think after twins, that became a rather permanent condition), my recent purchase of an Enormous jar of pickles,  and vanilla bean cream cheese to dip them in.  Yum.  You know you want some.

    Congrats. I am sure you are feeling happy and a little overwhelmed at the same time. If I were your neighbor, I'd come over and do some art projects with your littles, do the laundry and make some dinner, all while you slept. A mothers dream, right? =)

    Thank you for this Post Rubie. I needed to be reminded of the blessing that a pregnancy is. I have 1 so far, but we're thinking about the next one and I haven't done a whole lot with that thought other than freak out a little. So this really helped and reminded me that children are a blessing and my heart has definitely got room for another, if yours can have so many! :)
