engine failure

I know this may come as a shock to many of you...but I can't do it all.  I'm no supermom.  Go ahead.  Feign surprise.  I really had myself convinced that I should be able to function at top notch on three to four hours of sleep every night.  And I was going at a pretty good speed, too!  But then my laundry hit me like a ton of bricks.  My engine started to smoke.  Seriously, it was coming out of my ears : )  I've sputtered to a halt.  I asked God to help me and he pretty much told me I needed to get my priorities straight.  I'm disappearing with him for awhile and he's going to teach me how to live.  A little lighter.  A little freer.  A lot less stressed.

I'll be back sometime next week with an overhauled heart : )

This is one of the reasons I love you so much Joye... you hear the Lord calling and you go straight to Him. You are an inspiration and delight to me and no doubt about it... to the Father as well! I'll be praying for you -- hope you have a beautiful week with your Abba Daddy!! : )

I completely understand, Joye. Why is it that we always feel like we HAVE to do it all, to measure up to some non-existent supermom figure? The only measuring we should do is measuring up to who He wants us to be. I've been trying to get my priorities straight lately and have realized that, while I love blogging, I don't have to feel obligated to do it every day or even every week. My priority is being the wife and mom He desires me to be. I'll email you soon, sweet friend...cuz it's always good to have a friend to walk through this season of life with. Love you! Now go enjoy those little ones and soak up those sweet moments!

We all need breaks once in a while. I sometimes have to do that myself from the bloggy world in order to take care of myself and my family.
Enjoy your refreshment.

I understand. I'm actually working on a Home Journal to help me run my home Biblically and peacefuly.I've really had to cut back on blog time.

As for diapers: I joined Huggies and Pampers and Luvs network. Then go on Targets website and watch for said coupon. THEN look for a sale. You should be able to hit a sale, use a manufacturers coupon and a store coupon. This makes for delightful savings. :)
